                  Side Matches, Man-to-Man, Team: No Divisions

10-Stage Shoot: 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+

                  Men: Frontier Cartridge/Gunfighter, Traditional, Duelist

                  Women: Modern, Traditional, Duelist

 

Sport Fee: $41 Per Person

 

REGISTRATION RULES

- SASS rules will apply--all participants must be current members of SASS. Dixie Desperados is the hosting club.

- SASS memberships may be purchased prior to event. Call 877-411-SASS or register on-line at www.sassnet.com.

- Registration is limited to the first 200 shooters.

- 10-Stage Shoot: Participants must indicate their Shooting Division and an Alternate Shooting Division on their registration form.

- Shooters who shoot Black Powder may enter the Gunfighter Division.

- There will be a minimum of five shooters per division.

- Team events: Couples, 4-Man Team, & 6-Man Team.

- Posse requests for spouses only will be honored.

 

FORMAT / RULES

- Participants must present their HWSG ID Badge and SASS card at the venue check-in desk between 8:00 and 8:45 am prior to their first event.

- Participants are required to attend all safety meetings that will be held at 9:00 am daily, prior to the start of each event.

- Participants must adhere to SASS-CAS dress code guidelines at the range and at social events.

- Eye and ear protection is required for all participants and spectators during all events.

- One of the Side Matches will be a Plainsman event.

- Time + Miss = Score for Side Matches and Stage events.

- Score for missed Stage will be a penalty of 999 seconds.

- Shooting through the Posse Sequence will not be allowed.

- Man-to-Man and Team events will be organized on site.

- With the exception of the Couples team event, teams will be selected by random draw prior to the start of the Team event. All shooters will be eligible.

- Coaching on the firing line is from the Range Officer only.

 

MEDALS

- Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top shooters in each event and each division.

- Overall Medals will be awarded for main match competition.
