Thursday Features Global Cup Medal Matches

Wednesday's events featured competition in a variety of sports including Bowling, Horseshoes, Pickleball, Softball and Volleyball to name a few.
The Global Cup finished up pool play and began bracketed play with Russia and Germany advancing to the semi-finals leaving Brazil, Canada, Latvia, USA and Venezuela to battle it out in the consolation bracket. Thursday will conclude the Global Cup. Medal matches will take place at Desert Hills High School Main Gym. The Bronze medal match will begin at 5:30 pm and the Gold Medal Match will start at 7:30 pm. Huntsman World Senior Games athletes will be admitted free with ID badge.

7:00 am – 7:00 pm Registration / Gift Shop / Information Open - Dixie Center
8:00 am – 2:00 pm Volleyball (Global Cup) - Dixie Center
8:00 am – 4:00 pm Health Screenings (ID Badge Req’d) - Dixie Center
8:00 am – 9:00 pm Volleyball (Session 2) - Dixie Center
8:30 am – 5:00 pm Pickleball - SunRiver Pickleball Courts
8:30 am – 10:00 pm Bowling - Dixie Bowl / Sunset West Lanes
8:30 am – 10:00 pm Softball - Men (50+/ 55+ / 70+ / 74+ / 79+) - Canyons/LV/Bloomington/Gubler Park
9:00 am - Noon Horseshoes - Horseshoe Complex, St. George
9:00 am – 8:30 pm Basketball 5x5 – Men - Washington City Comm. Center, Schools
9:30 am – 1:00 pm Walking Tours Meet at Dixie Center South Parking Lot
Noon Social - Horseshoes (Ticket Req’d) - Worthen Park
